Moral of the story - DO NOT FEEL BAD IF YOU HAVE TO BACK OUT OF A DEAL THAT IS BAD FOR YOU - real estate agents deal with this kind of thing all the time - your agent needs to know exactly what properties work for you and which don't - it's not about being too picky - it's about setting parameters and using those as a guide to identify cash flowing properties.
