If you are talking to the right attorney they will already have this contract mastered and will have already defended it in court a few times and improved it along the way.

If you can obtain personal jurisdiction over the defendant that is much more important than the address shown on the paperwork.

And the fact that you are here defending your position - means you have to defend your position.I just wonder what type of client you end up with.  

There is nothing you can say at that point to defend yourself.I just had this exact same problem crop up as I was driving by one of my rentals 2 weeks ago.
