KC also has some opportunity areas I can leverage for longer stays (i.e. multiple hospitals for traveling healthcare), but I'm not sure how to go about exploiting them from a marketing standpoint, other than in my actual listing (i.e. highlighting a dedicated workspace). 

I would not be surprised if they have a national news story about them when they open back up highlighting the steps they are taking to make things in the park work and give the public confidence.

I currently invest in the QC and am working on a podcast about the area highlighting the brokers and investors you will want to hear from about investing in the area.

We created a checklist and I did a video walkthrough of every property I needed estimates for highlighting the specific areas he told me he'd need to see.If you want, you can offer to pay him $20 per house (through paypal of course, do not drive across town) just for watching the video's and providing his opinion and estimate.

Be sure that you highlight that "selling your house can be easier than you think" with the advantages of working directly with you instead of the more traditional route.

Just highlighting because it feels normal to bring in a third person if a bit more cash is needed and everyone is happy with each other. 

A mortgage would have a fixed term and a fixed payment (in theory, at least) while a HELOC will have a variable payment and 2 different terms (as highlighted above). 

I just think this highlights the importance of communication.
