We are real disappointed with the services we received recently from Lima One here in Greenville, South Carolina.

This is a very disappointing posting from a very unqualified borrower.

The returns in 2019 has been disappointing.

Disappointed that their so-called experienced agent isn't giving them better guidance as well.In the end, it's annoying but not catastrophic if the deal craters, I'm more interested in how to prevent it from occurring again, thus leaving the home off the market unnecessarily.

If you are buying homes in the bottom 10-20% of value in a city and expecting to have a positive experience- especially from a distance, in most scenarios investors are going to be disappointed.  

The rate didn't go up too much higher, but none the less a little disappointing.

First I finished my degree, then I took the FIRST JOB that was offered me, even though it paid less than what I had made in the AF, and got a part time evening job (quite a disappointment as I was a COLLEGE GRADUATE.
