Clearing $100k per deal on a regular basis is phenomenal, nay, fantastic, and if you are able to do this, I would ask that you share this with the rest of the community as we could all use a spare $100k every now and then.I would say that if you polled the members of this community and said "If you could find a property that was worth $200,000 and buy it for $100,000, would you buy it?"

The most recent book I completed - "The Weekend Millionaire's Real Estate Investing Program: How to Get Rich in Your Spare Time" mentions some no money down ways of making deals, but it seems like it would be a case by case basis, depending on the seller's intent, or you would simply have to find a trusted investor.
