Jason Hartley from what I saw, tenant cloud has great user interface and an app for Mobil.

I joined about two months ago as a full-time agent and it didn't take long to get started.eXp is a virtual, cloud-based brokerage so it has the flexibility that a completely remote position offers which makes it an attractive choice for agents who aren’t sure exactly how many hours they will log this week or where they will be when they log them.

I didn't need any second guesses clouding my judgement on whether a place was a good deal.Now, the flip side.

So just take a speed ball and enjoy the mushroom cloud. 

If you reach for a star you may only catch a cloud, but you certainly won't grab a handful of mud!!!

There may be something they know that you don't; water issues, non-compliant septic, foundation issues, clouds on title - dig deep.

I'm going to suggest that because there are so many different ways to invest, along with so many different motivations/expectations of the individual players, that the diversity clouds people's mind away from what it is that makes it possible to invest in real estate in the first place, for all investors...drum roll...Property rights.
