I don't know if the attitude is thanks for fixing up a house or get out of here, you are driving up prices.Next to oru house is a pair of condos that just sold for over $300k; down the street is a SFR that just sold for over $300k.15 years ago houses were <$50k in this area.

In regards to the close-minded attitudes, I would say that some Realtors are comfortable in their niches and, as you mentioned, may or may not be open to different opportunities because they are comfortable, complacent, or have enough business otherwise.

For those that insist on breaking laws and ordinances, I'd think the smaller the size the better, like the size of a dollar bill as it may be mistaken for some windshield flyer and not a sign.I'll post my attitude again.......Anyone who is knowingly and willing to break laws and ordinances screams their business ethics to the public, you know they are willing to cheat some, the only question becomes, to what extent will they not cheat or break laws?
