If I’m looking to book a place I’m going to stay at for more than a couple of nights, I’ll be cooking so I want to see the kitchen without having to click through pics of art closeups and the welcome book.

@K Kniewel Just to clarify - were you referring to Chicago specifically or Cook County? 

Extra refrigerators/mini fridges, high powered gaming computers, excessive cooking, all can run usage up.

I've been recently looking at some condos in the near western suburbs, northwest cook county and dupage county of Chicago (I’ve found so far that a lot of condos in Dupage do not allow owners to rent /: ).

Is there a way to pull the list of properties with delinquent taxes in Cook or Will county (Illinois)? 

Can we talk about the cook county tax sale?

The heat source will be from an electric cook stove. 

@Joel S. i went w the greenville one, as the inspector found a LOT of issues w the WNY one, and it is about half the size. i just liked the area, but the house itself is not comparable for the same price. already rented this 2 family place out, about 9-10% cap rate. had a few issues in the beginning, as locals were literally EATING on my steps, cooking their rice and stuff/breastfeeding kids etc def not for the faint of heart. but now noone is sitting on the steps as i gated it. and the house in front of mine is on market now for DOUBLE the price of mine.
