I don't have kids and my workplace is in the Plaza, so I don't have to be in a good school district, but I do want to live in a new/newer construction house and want this house to be a good investment. 

Unfortunately, my wife has not worked for a Public Service workplace.

The standard we accept in the workplace in today's world is staggeringly disappointing... so anyone who is worth a darn will always be able to find work.

Sound money management was not modeled in my home growing up, and I know if it weren't for a workplace retirement planning presentation from a financial planner at my dad's work, he would have zero dollars right now to go along with his zero assets.

I was in the same boat from past few years as per my research and checking all the crazy prices here - around bayarea is more on appreciation than rental income and i know few folks from my work place doubled their assets as they bought duplex in mountain view etc.

Hello everyone,In the past four weeks, I have used two servers to give my tenant a Five Day Notice at the apartment and 3 workplaces without any result.  

You can verify the status of your plan by checking with the Summary Plan Description you received (or can access electronically) for your workplace retirement plan.P.S. - I left the corporate world at 55 in 2016 with a 7 figure 401k and it will be an 8 figure 401k in another few years because of real estate.
