If that's the case, yes, they're jerks and their agent is unethical...but only an attorney can tell you if it's worth pursuing.Then again, I flip-flop and think, well, I do have a heart and if the deal is with a widower or someone who seems to really NEED that money I'd be tempted to let it go...l would only know what to do after you getting in a room with EVERYONE involved and just hearing them out.
