My eyes are wide open! 

Flex Space has a very wide range of tenants/uses.

The whole point to them is they are not being widely marketed.

There's not any (to my knowledge) Jacksonville wide STR regulations.  

I've had quite wide variety of the brown stuff.

.- lower turnover- easier on the units when they do move- quiet and less disturbance than traditional, younger- for fixed income, consider partnering with the local housing authority for SEct 8 vouchers, then raise rents accordingly - guaranteed money & the Sr. only pays a portion (if they qualify)Traditional renters- Higher turnover- Higher turn costs- More volatile - higher bad debt- More drug related activities- Adding in children that are hard on units- Higher eviction rates and legal costsConsider all angles before making a decision with the changes. 

My only thought would be to take 5-10 different photos of that bathroom from different angles and just keep trying until one works.

@James McGovernI really don't see any up front angle on this situation.  

In general if you are what is called a resident alien, you are going to be taxed on your world wide income. 

There has also been wide corruption discovered within the municipalities with several folks going to jail.
