We live in Nevada and want to build a short term rental in Big Bear CA, with the potential of having a Next Gen option so we can also visit on holiday weekends, while staying in the Next Gen Suite.All three of my house I’ve owned were new builds, as they were my primary residence.

@Marco Santarelli I may be able to miss a part of the Conference that weekend and come up.Sunday works best for us, so long as it is after 2pm.Saturday could also work if it was in the morning or evening, but not the afternoon.As for location... preferably something in the South end but I do not know Calgary well enough to name anything besides Tim Horton's.

I think this is all far too expensive, and I'm thinking now I'm going to go  there and paint these cabinets myself over a weekend for closer to $200 .

I am forced to live in the barracks but on the weekends I can live in the property.
