So even with a big economic downturn, I have a hard time imaging that prices will fall, at least for properties under the median.So if you got a few million bucks in RE out in FL or NJ, do you hang on it, or do you start to cash out now and go buy something in the Midwest or TX where prices are flat... and way less likely to tank hard...?

I can see in places like CA where they might be more popular but on entry level to mid level houses many will not want to spend the money.My picture and video guy does mainly weddings now as his bread and butter and corporate company pics to use on marketing materials and websites.

We're getting married in December so waiting until AFTER the wedding to begin the rehab work on this new one (currently a tenant is occupying the unit so we'll be collecting cashflow in the meantime).
