Hi ALL,Can anyone recommend a easy to use property management tool that we can use, so far, we have 4 rentals and growing, We will like to have better control of the information and have a easy system for tenants to pay rent.As always, thank you for your input!!

Don't be afraid to go low Sunday through Thursday to get some activlty.We use Pricelabs, but only as a tool; I have to override it continuously.

I want to make this a valuable thing to my existing tenants.

Please share any helpful resources, your personal experiences, and what you have found to be valuable with every transaction.

Any other automation tools you suggest ? 

I feel like in today’s day in age there are so many tools for STR operations and I cannot believe there is no integration for a merchant of sale transaction or some kind of financial app/ software that can take the remitted taxes and pay them to the government automatically.

They might be lower than anticipated and are a great tool for what you are looking to do.

Networking with other investors can provide valuable insights and support, helping you to navigate the often complex landscape of real estate investment.Remember to factor in potential risks and have a contingency plan in place.

Having before & after pictures is a string tool when dealing with HMLs and real estate agents to gain business.
