Its got a great loan, I have so little money into it I'm just gonna let it build equity and chill. 

Supposedly you could generate $90k in rent a year......But the building were utterly delapitaded, and not fit for any sort of rental without significant cash.It stayed on the market for two years until sold for $25k to an investor somewhere.

They thought that was utterly ridiculous.  

I believe in a middle ground between utter depravity and utter communitarian bliss.  

It just shows an utter disdain for you and your business, and frankly a lack of appreciation for the effort you made to provide a well-maintained home at a reasonable price for he and his family.If he had responded more diplomatically, explaining he did not cause the damage and if he generally took care of the unit and was not a problem tenant, I might have been more inclined to work something out.  

If you are correct about the value, that's the way to get the number you need.And unless your kids ask you tell them a make-believe bedtime story, please don't ever utter the work "Zestimate" again.

Most people who have seen someone go through a lawsuit tend to really want additional layers of protection, while those who have not seen how utterly frustrating lawsuits can be will often lean toward a higher risk profile.

Nevertheless, I still use the heat as an excuse for my consumption of many chilled adult beverages.

Zillow has proven to be an utter failure.
