You may want to make it clear that you expect the fluids be recycled appropriately. 

So, the plan on how they will bring in rent money (mobile homes or house hack) is still fluid. 

Fluids should dissipate into the leech field and solids should be in tank where enzymes can eat them .

So without seeing exactly what your asking her for, it sounds like the kinds of questions your asking are ones that have fluid answers.
