Anyone who places an emphasis on networking with wholesalers as a golden ticket is a wholesaler.

IF it is skiers are you providing good resources for ski delivery, transportation, tips and tricks for parking, deals on lift tickets, etc.

I would say NO, do not spend your money or your parent's money on any real estate training.

I dont know this fund but I do know Scott and have been to some of his training events and met many folks who took his training and a few of them I have followed over the years and they have built monstor business's  really something..

For instance, posting a home could potentially violate various laws that listing agents are trained to navigate, such as Fair Housing regulations and the recent NAR settlement.I’d recommend establishing a solid relationship with a listing agent.

Most of them are not EAs and a few in each office just started this year.As an EA myself for almost 30 years and someone who has trained multiple other EAs - no, EA designation does not mean that the person is more qualified to prepare taxes, much less that the person is knowledgeable in real estate.

But they are getting the advice from people who are either (1) not qualified or experienced enough to rely on their advice (2) biased to some degree, perhaps unintentionally, by their background, business interests, training, etc, or (3) providing advice in a general sense without a thorough understanding of the questioners personal situation or ALL the relevant facts. 

When you want to get into some of the more technical stuff like modeling deals in excel I've found that Justin Kivel's material is really useful and I've used his stuff to train some people in my office, check him out!.
