Maybe start with selling homes and once that gets a little bit of traction work on picking up managing a handful of properties on the side?  

I would have the goal of outsourcing it once you've got some traction but things like list fees and shipping can destroy that budget. 

So if I have some valuable and solid deals, where can I post them to gain the most traction?

It is freshly renovated/fixed so I was hoping for little more traction from potential tenants.  

(Fewer devices = less confusing = better) If you’ve got good internet all you need is that and a Netflix subscription (I️ also include Amazon Prime and HBO Now because I️ have those services anyway for personal use).

Hi Account Closed, I haven't had to do any major contracting work in my RE experience yet, but I did start doing research for a new multi-family construction/build in Hampton Roads and got great guidance and traction with Gary Tiller of Tiller Construction Company.I found him through buildzoom and he was one of the first contractors to respond and call me directly.

Any traction on this meetup?
