I'm going to be down in SD in a couple weekends actually to see my cousin and go surfing...of which I just started so by "surfing" I really mean "faceplanting".

I came across this forum while surfing the web looking for ways for a young person can jump start their career in real estate investing and home flipping so I decided to join to hopefully gain some valuable knowledge from both people "doing it" and those who have "been there done that".A little about myself: I've been an entrepreneur since I was 15 years old.

@Erin Dorsey Robinson I'd like to know more about Cleveland: I spent a few hours last month web-surfing some properties in the 40-60K range.

I am in the coastal North Carolina market (specifically Surf City, NC).

@Sean McDonnell is a colleague and friend of mine who hosts a Pints & Properties REI meetup in Surf City every month.

I'm not sure whether they're more motivated by North Shore surf or by free grandparent babysitting.It might be worth your time to visit the base legal service office to have them either consult with their counterparts on Oahu, or to help you write a lawyer letter. 

That is $19/person for the day and unlimited booze.I guess they also have the best winter surfing in Lake Erie huh ?

I recommend surfing the BP forums and listening to BP podcasts.
