(I have no idea what yet)I am starting the year with a bang by planning the Midwest Real Estate Networking Summit, a 3 day event in May focused on learning everything about succeeding in Chicago real estate investing (details to come by the end of the month)I continue to strive to maintain the lifestyle goals I set for myself, never setting an alarm in the morning, working no more than 30 hours a week, and travelling 10 weeks a year. 

That is truly amazing, and something to strive for. 

While having two sets of different owner data for the same home can still be enumerated by calling/direct mailing to each of the addresses, I'm striving to make the process as efficient as possible.

My advice would be to find out what kind of person banks and private investors want to lend to and strive to become that kind of person.

You're at the level I'm striving to be at in the future!

A little out of my price range currently but glad I know it exists, something to strive for.

Dont worry about leaving people behind who aren't on the level you are striving for.As far as the actual investment the most important thing to do is make sure you have a great deal especially in this volatile economy.
