@Matt Parker you are in sticky territory here and if you do anything wrong, and the tenant pushes back, you'll lose in court.There are 4 loopholes to SB 608 on why you can terminate a tenant.

@Nate Secor I'd agree with @Marc Rice and @Steven Wilson about Columbus OH. 

If by chance the lender becomes aware and this gets sticky by the buyer not having moved in within the stated time frame, you want to be clearly able to demonstrate that there was no fraud and several missteps occurred in order to end up with OO building that wasn't able to be occupied.
