A few home security stickers and signs?

I found quite a few homes that had that banks "we have found this property to be vacant" sticker placed by the field service company the bank hires.

Everything else is great for sound bites, bumper stickers, and headlines, but is not relevant for the average person who is faced with these choices every day.

Most had handicap stickers or tags.As they were checking out they paid their bills with rolls of cash.!!!!

It looks like the bank's property preservation company was in the house in 2008 according to the stickers on all the plumbing fixtures stating that the house has been "winterized" (it doesn't get below 50 here often in the winter).

I too am hardly an expert - and I haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn Express lately.....In my mind, he who names the price first SETS THE BAR...I'd rather begin negotiating from a position that I established rather than reacting to a value someone else placed on the property.That's why car dealers put MSRP stickers in the windows.

Do you suggest handwritten or professional sticker signs?

Hey @Pat Godfrey Welcome, you may want to look at some listings before you come here to avoid "sticker shock"?

If the place WAS winterized, you would see some telltale signs: red colored antifreeze in toilet bowls, field service stickers with phone numbers, signs on the water faucets that say it has been winterized, etc. 

They put a sign in the yard and stickers on all the doors and windows.
