haha.I feel like they made themselves easy targets (in the similar vein of not policing crime, not incarcerating prisoners, giving away boxes of hypodermic needles but not allowing straws, allowing rampant homelessness, etc.) with onerous laws against the little guy, but you appear to feel like they were unfairly victimized. 

In a similar vein, making a larger down payment (and thus lowering your monthly debt burden) may also compensate for a lower credit score.

So those posts that I did have really started picking up in visitors now (although I attribute a lot of hits to spiders also).

I do have a bed bug form but nothing regarding pest control.I am ok with my multi units but my single family units and spiders, etc... seems ridiculous - just curious about wording what people have in their lease?
