To say this community has no value is quite a negative judgment to make without sufficient information to make it. 

It is increasingly more difficult to pay of even one mortgage when you are cashflow negative, let alone multiple.

Juan Mendoza not sure about your state, but in California, technically speaking, you do have to have a built in closet of some kind to count a room as a bedroom.

You can find something in Durham and parts of Raleigh, specifically zips 27610, 27603, and parts of 27604 that would meet your criteria, however generally speaking most of the inventory that would fit what you are looking for in Raleigh or Durham would likely be in neighborhoods that I personally wouldn't want to invest in, C- to D type neighborhoods.

I'm coming up on policy renewal and, unfortunately, Obie no longer has a realationship with that carrier so I'll be curious to see what they bring to the table as other options.Overall, nothing negative to say about them.

I contacted Buildium and they confirmed they do not offer credit card tracking, but offered a workaround which was to set up a credit card as a bank account, and when there is a balance it's just always negative in the bank account, and this would allow you to track individual purchases like it was a checking account.
