If I do just a walk in shower then this will leave me a very spacious bathroom.

We have no pressing issues to move (current place is convenient and spacious - but not suburbs which she wants).  

I've found numerous single family homes or condos in Englewood that are very spacious, nice looking, up-to-date, and very affordable (less than $100k).

It’s light enough to keep rooms feeling spacious but also a bit warm so it’s not hospital sterile feeling.

The location is just off post and the layout of the home caters to the American family, as the layout is very open and spacious. 

My units are very spacious but off street parking. 

Challenge yourself to make a half-bath or galley kitchen look spacious, and to make dim rooms look bright and airy.  

I will presume 3600, which equates to 900SF+/- per unit (4-plex) which could make for a tidy 3BR / 1BA or spacious 2BR / 1BA (x4).  

Hi @Anthony Varela,     You mentioned owning two properties and wanting to move to a more spacious home, so I'm not sure whether you and your wife lived in the condo (and used it as a primary residence) for 2 of the previous 5 years.
