Aparment build: need help to know if this is a good choice

Need help from some seasoned professionals please! I live in albany,ny and looking at an apartment build to buy and rent. Building have 4 units 2-2 beds and 2-3 beds each one full bath and full kitchen. Near state buildings and a park, walk able to dining’s and bars. Rent is going about 900-1500 per unit. Its selling for 370k. Will it be a good investment? My units are very spacious but off street parking.
