I get this from prospective tenants all the time that "I have no criminal convictions", and then they come back with two dozen traffic violations, contempt, disorderly conduct, etc.I agree that the best candidates here are staying put unless they have to move.   

And there are various projects that are in the works which will add to the housing stock in that quality/price point, which is sorely lacking in Worcester. 

It will be an eye sore.

- it says borrower will not lease collateral property (so RE property) without written consent from SBA.

I wish I could say I did....but I only performed interior and exterior cleanup to ensure the property wasn’t an eye-sore on the neighborhood....but that was all.

2) is it an absolute eye-sore or obviously out of date?

I am lucky, I have a respiratory disorder and advanced experience with such and access to every and any med imaginable, and we threw a lot at it.

Also, there could be side effects, including sore arm, low fever, fatigue, and muscle aches — typical side effects for all vaccines.

My concern is the hit on the refi, continued deterioration of the vacant possibly damaging my property and finding a great teant who won't mind living next to the neighborhood eye sore, just to make a few.Does anyone have any experience with vacants next to your rentals or insight on the appraisal and what it could look like for my refi?

Fortunately we were able to feed the majority of the circuits through existing walls/ceilings with minimal drywall removal.Just upgrading the service & a panel here runs $2400+ so re-wiring all circuits would probably run an extra $2-$3k.
