My son got accepted to the Ohio State University School of Engineering recently

My son in Utah , will sometimes buy a new house or condo but uses them as rentals because the wife and kids are setted in their residence. 

My wife and I bought our son an investment property last year for his college fund.

I've had this discussion with my son. 

I only mention this because we had a toilet ruined because the tenant allowed her son to play with his Hot Wheels - in the toilet!

When it sounds to good to be true….it is Actually I am the co-owner of Flipsystem with my son Antoine Martel.

My son, Jeramy and I are in this together.  

I had a son in some boarding type places and the crowd can be rough, not sure if cameras would have been better or worse but security is important.

I was like this is BS.. and we started our own company and we opened up in the black communities of the SF bay area Oakland Richmond parts of SF  East Palo Alto etc..

Married and father of 3, my oldest is still trying to figure out life, my middle is in her 1st year of college and we are helping pay for this, at least her 1st year, and I have a son who is a sophomore in high school.
