There's nothing better than getting an FHA or conventional offer accepted by an unsuspecting seller, knowing you will have plenty of opportunity to re negotiate once the appraisal comes back.

It's a scam.

yeah sounds about right, Im in a situation now I'm not sure if I'm getting scam or not, the company requested I use their appraisal company $1000 thats been about 3 weeks haven't receive anything back yet. when I requested to speak to the appraisal company to see what the hold up was.

Very common scam in the US RE space today.. so do be careful what your asking for does not happen in a business setting.

(but investor and deal need to qualify)I don't like the term 100% financing since there is a lot of scam going on and that term is somehow pre-loaded. 

Tom Wheelwright’s WealthAbility is a full-on SCAM with shoddy ‘business practices’ that needs to be investigated for consumer fraud!

Being incompetent (not saying they are or are not just making the statement) is not considered fraud or a scam.

NEVER pay for those programs, they are mostly scams to make the people who offer them money and they will try to sell you another program.Real estate is unlikely to make you a lot of money quickly.

We have found houses the traditional way - through the Multi Listing Service (MLS), through foreclosure auctions, off of craigslist (that really weren't scams!)
