So far I have already read "Rich dad poor dad" and "The book on rental property investing" by Brandon Turner and I am now looking for my next book.

Right now the rich, not incredibly wealthy, but rich.

I've seen an overwhelming amount of utterly freakish craziness up close and personal, and I can confidently bear witness that white people always end up being the freakiest freaks of all.I was going to call BS on this one when I stopped and thought....Hmmmm... every customer I had as a GC that was an absolute insane nightmare.....was an white uber-rich entitled A-hole.

It is not a solution you can just throw all your money at to get rich quick.

Buyer believes in "Get Rich Quick" ideas that pretend one can build wealth without first sustainably solving the "I spend less than I make" problem. 

I've been interested in real estate for the past couple years (after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad) and have finally started diving into BP and analyzing deals.

For the record, I have read:- Loopholes of Real Estate by Gary Sutton- Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki- Investing in Real Estate with Little to no Money Down by Brandon Turner- Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor by Han & McFarland- The Psychology of Money by Morgan Housel- The Book on Rental Property Investing (first book I've read here) by Brandon Turner- The Millionaire Real Estate Investor by Gary KellerReading has been my biggest source for knowledge and Brandon Turner has become one of my favorite authors now!

That tool really sounds ideal...I think in most major markets now that are either saturated or balanced in terms of supply/demand now more than ever amenity rich properties are a must.
