I am not going to try to restore the hardwood floors so I dont care if they get ruined if I apply a odor removing chemical. 

The management company for the HOA tells me it could be a year before the FHA is restored.

If you don't, it's possible to get one with a brace and install it through the existing hole in the drywall; you don't *have* to go into the attic or tear up the ceiling.Whenever I am in the local Habitat ReStore, I notice that they have a few fans, but they always have several sets of glass shades for the lights. 

Every time water is restored within 24 hours, but I could understand their frustration.

If you live in a historical neighborhood, this information on maintaining and restoring historical windows, is good to keep on hand. 

It's a lot less digging and a lot less yard restoration... dig an access pit at either end of the line and shoot the mole from pit-to-pit.Good luck!

The properties that sell in that area are going to people who basically overspend massively relative to the market (I know first hand of a couple of properties that have had 5M put into them but will never sell for more than half of that right now), particularly if they are looking at a property like this one which would require a great deal of money to restore to it's historical grandeur (what people are doing there).
