If i am buying a property for 80k and reseling it for 130k what are the numbers.And what are the number i buy the same property with a down payment of 20k fixing it with 10k and selling if for 130k can you do 5-6 deals like these in a year?

however as I stated they are not keen on pass through escrows so just put your money in first then close and resell.. that's how the locals do it. or get an assignement fee out of escrow.

My way of thinking was I get the house under contract, take out the loan to make the mortgage payments, and then on the resell of property ideally I'd want a large enough profit to where I can repay my loan and still make a profit.

It seems pretty simple to me that I could buy the house, then resell the house with just its one acre plot separate from the large almost 100 acre land plot, and double my money real quickly.

I would try to lower my resell price since he is probably motivated as a seller and has earned two or three times his original price.The age of the house and all of the weather it has been through does concern me as well as the basement condition.( I might be a little biased because I've been in Dallas,Texas all of my life (for 61 years).
