I have an interior design background and can make this property really cute, but is it worth it?

What makes a property manager actually worth it— having more freedom, peace of mind, saving money, reducing risks, or something else entirely?  

Most land bank properties, Detroit or Wayne County, are trainwrecks and cost more to rehab than they are worth - unless the market keeps improving.Be careful on the next one, but keep improving Detroit!

What is the property worth (minus the land) and separately what would it cost to rebuild? 

Brewerytown and East Passyunk could also be worth exploring.Big projects like Bellwether can boost neighborhoods, but they often take time to show results, so don’t count on them as a main factor.

The properties are trashed, and not worth much. 

@Roman Balmakov If you are planning on holding the property long term and have enough reserves to cover even worst case scenarios it could still be worth it.
