The call went as predicted, they were very unhappy with the situation as they do rehabilitation and so does a physical therapist.  

Hi, has anyone gotten a rehabilitation notice from Clark County to "cease daily and weekly rental" of their rental property and is familiar with the process to rehabilitate or to submit a rehabilitation plan?

a) Landlord b) Passive investor c) Wholesale d) Rehabilitation 2) Main RE goals: What are the percentages today?

I'd like to compare that city with South Beach when it was rehabilitated by the likes of Carl G.

Folks who recently came out of a foreclosure and need a new start or divorce or other life situations which given some time and rehabilitation should be able to get their score back up and go to a bank/lender.
