I work 2nd shift so weekday evenings don't work for me either (and all REI meetings seem to be on weekday evenings), so unfortunately I'll have to pass as well.

The building is listed by the county as a triplex so it would need to pass a hearing to add the extra studio as rentable space, but the potential is there.

because the deal doesn't work  for me...it doesn't meet my criteria, however, it does meet the criteria of other buyers I know, so I slide these deals over to them.This is common practice...and not some "slight of hand" that assumes if the deal is a good deal I should be taking it and not passing it on....and yes, there are times when I pass a deal on because I don't have the time, at the time the deal is available, to execute it.

So it is although a small market it is competitive, the house before I bought it was actually used for long term renting with great success.If you would like any more information please let me know there seems to be alot going on with the market in the UK at the moment especially in Scotland where the Scottish Government is trying to pass a bill to actually give local councils more control over the AirBnB market to return back to traditional long term let. 

And only the people named on the lease can live in the house.I don't know what it is with these women that they'd even date someone who couldn't pass a background check or credit check, but they do.
