I am sure I will be very publicly wrong, and you all can make fun of me in two years, when stocks double and real estate prices crash 20% from here, but I just don't know how you can watch this industry, this closely, for this long, and not be raring to go in the current environment. 

Are you currently in the STR or LTR space / are you looking to expand into one or the other as you grow your portfolio? 

Do either of you mind sharing your public Airbnb profile pages with the branded accounts?

We have no interest in contact data gathering, as that space has been well developed.

Hi all,It seems we have found a property we are keen on in Peniche for investment in the Local Accommodation space. 

I found what seemed to be a great property with a house for an STR and other space that I could expand for camping/RV sites and a barn that could be converted into a venue for events. 

Perhaps I have an odd case but I paid $1.35M or $455 / sq ft for a 3,000 sq ft duplex on a 7,000 sq ft lot in Los Feliz.Once I add the ADU complex, which will be around $350K, it will be a quadplex, 4,600 sq ft of living space.
