You'll probably be deleted for advertising or something by a VA, but it's good to see that they're pulling back on the initial pause... they probably realize that paying 50 employees to answer the phone and tell people they aren't lending is not making them any money. 

Understandably, the virus would be the reason why and uncertain times but you're pausing distributions, why? 

I have lenders who are hungry to do a deal as well because so many people have put a pause on investing.My mindset shifted a few days ago after remembering what Warren said, this is the time to be greedy. 

Right now in-person meet-ups are on pause.

I decided to pause the listings so the DOM will pause as well and thought to wait till the social isolation period will end.

I hope not, I was really looking forward to buying my first house.As of now all my plans, real estate and other aspects of my life, are on pause while we get through this situation.

It essentially puts the loan on pause for a time. 

Non-QM lending is basically paused at the moment. 

But while the world might be on pause now, it wont' be in a few months.
