Greg and his team have a unique system for fielding inquiries from landlords and tenants via call, text and email.

And since wholesalers appear to be  "little guys" (the ones with the least amount of capital required to enter the field), they also appear to be the lowest in the food chain that anyone with more capital is happy to eliminate/kill. hence all this negative talk about wholesalers.

But we field calls several times a week from investors who fell into this trap.One very knowledgable and successful guy is @Travis Biziorek take his advice seriously.
