Lots of other options on the North Shore, around Boston (actually if you guys are in the part of town near 93 the Boston AREIA is an easy shot down to Medford right off the highway, draws well from that area and southern NH for that reason), and south of the city.

This month I will be seeing my very first REIA meetings in NH/MA.  

Currently live in Southern New Hampshire and we would love any advice on the best strategies for new comers to the field we can get.

The deal is a 51-acre plot of land in central New Hampshire, that already has 5 single units on it.

If I were going to buy something like that up here (MA or NH) I’d probably offer 70% of the value if I was inheriting a tenant that isn’t paying rent.

Now granted that is in the 1st circuit that was found, so technically, would only be precedent in MA, NH, MA, RI...but the other circuit courts often will often use cases from the other circuits for their own.
