Now I understand everyone black or white does not have the same experiences, but I can tell you stories that have happen to me growing up that you may have only "heard" about, but almost all black men know all to well.

The negotiation I did was not based on any set of rules or principals.I was told that I will receive 10% of whatever my investment is, so I gave $10,000.On the same note, there was not any written agreement wish I understand that increase the risk, but it was made more in men's trust.
