It is a 950sf single family home, the roof, the main door, front masonry steps, chimney, gutter and windows all need to be replaced. 

Generally performs best when applied over an older masonry product, I.e old brick, as opposed to plywood.

My property in the North End is going strong, I am little behind where I want to be with capital improvements such as windows and brick/masonry work, but that was from a project that was challenging for about 1 1/2 years on a non-Detroit property. 

It looks like the house is block walls coated in half inch plaster or some other type of masonry product.

If you have an older masonry type building it may be worth considering, but most wood constructed buildings will move enough to limit damage to surfaces like drywall and fireplace chimneys.
