Everyone has different perceptions for B Class and this is mine based off our market in Toledo.1) Mix of investor owned and home owners (Last few years leaning more toward home owners buying)2) Infrastructure supporting tenant and home owner demand (Car manufacturers, ProMedica hospital, Washington Local School District, Toledo University, etc...)3) Homes well kept, yards mowed, none or very few bordered up homes, cars with wheels, pride of ownership, lower crime, no riff raff roaming the streets lol4) All tenants employed and submit rent payments online.

Endless hot water even with teenage girls.Recommendation: Choose a water heater manufactured by "Bradford White" they are made in America, Brass drains and fittings no plastic parts.

Just like with electric cars, nobody wants to talk about the true costs, the poor people (aka: slaves) digging up the materials, the damage caused by the manufacturing process, that solar only survives because our government steals money from its citizens to prop up the entire industry, involvement of Communist China, etc.If you want to use this technology to feel better about your carbon footprint, go for it.
