Excited to Learn More from the BP Community
I am currently in business development for an equipment manufacture. I looking to learn more about rental property investing. Recently inherited two properties that I will be renting. One long term lease SFH and one short term lease Condo. Plan to take a year to learn and then expand my portfolio after that. Looking forward to learning from the BiggerPockets community.
I feel the market we are in, it's hard to find a property that will cash flow above 8% CoC return with current prices and interest rates. Really curious if anyone is having success in my area ( North Atlanta) or are most investors in a wait and see mode? Or maybe I just haven't found a deal yet. Thoughts?
