Sometimes, it isn't the amount of time, it's the amount of knowledge and expertise. 

They completely wasted my time due to lack of knowledge and organization to my file; then changed their offer as if I had no other choice but to take it.

Would help if you stated what questions you had so people could reply right away.I have knowledge on HELOANs but not direct experience.

This could be due to the fact that the member coordinators (each inner circle member is assigned a dedicated customer service person) may not have had the information themselves.

I had zero knowledge when I started, now I'm a full time investor enjoying life, so yes of course I can say it's real :)
