Following the shiny object, throwing money at a market you don't know well, and blindly trusting strangers that have a clear profit motive put you in a poor position to succeed regardless of where you choose to invest.

You will have two separate K-1s as you are each individual owners.  

Networking events, seminars, and workshops help you connect with like-minded individuals and mentors.

I'm invested with individuals who have each put much more cash into the deal than I have, and their only compensations is a fixed percent of total profit. 

Furthermore, the individuals entering into these agreements believe the transaction to be a loan.

I've really enjoyed just reading through the forums and listening to books about individuals paths and successful and the challenging deals.I've got big goals so I'm going to do everything I can to get to 60 doors before the end of 2026 and the deals I'm going to get into are going to net me a minimum of $100 cash flow per unit.

I personally avoid individual showings and schedule open houses instead.

If you can identify your real drive, maintain consistency and discipline, and continue networking with other like-minded individuals, I think you will eventually find great success one day.
