As I said towards the beginning of this thread, I'm not really impressed by what I see of Kamala's economic policies so far and I've always known that politicians can't deliver on half of what they promise.

My initial impression is you are making this way more complicated than it should be and none of the complexity gives you a tax benefit.

I think investors by and large somehow get the impression that the stock market is really risky but Real estate never fails..

As with anything sales related, the first impression is the most important.
