As for cleaning supplies, I equip the property with a full set of cleaning supplies: vacuum, broom, mop, toilet cleaning brush, scrubbing sponges, and full containers of multi-surface cleaner, floor cleaner, Soft Scrub, and toilet bowl cleaner.

They left their equipment in our home for weeks on end and installed extra equipment that they didn’t use.  

The equipment used is EXTREMELY sensitive.

Never built one, if its straight driving range the cost is in the land as the only equipment is the machine to give the golf balls, the balls and the tractor to pick them all up. 

We will also birddog the best opportunities on the contracting side so i figure we can boost out hourly rate up to at least $100/hr (from 80), and jump from the build to contract jobs to take advantage (we have our own heavy equipment and dump truck).

Their Hartford quote is also well above the price my own agent had gotten me from Hartford and at least initially appears to be identical coverage.  

I'm ready to equip myself with knowledge and be ready to pursue my first property in the upcoming months.  

The pool house is equipped with outlets for electrical appliances, a stove, a refrigerator, and has a bathroom with a shower.

Looks like a nice install, square d is good equipment, also looks like they have a 120v circuit (now required) for the AC techs to use.
