I'm considering purchasing a property in a city where the average household income is around $50k per year, and houses are selling for $250k to $300k.

I normally research:-Location-Crime-Median House Hold Income (HHI)-Zillow - other similar units + B/B that have sold in the area (ex. 1-2 miles in the past 90-days)When contacting, anything you would ask aside from the following?

Density (people per sq. mile) 118 Households 1,144 Households With Basements 11 1%Renter Occupied 344 30% Multi Family 388 34% Average Household Income $81,235 Median Household Income $74,682 Per Capita Income $27,841 Median House Value $186,500 Household Size 2.9

They don’t appreciate a house and want it dirt cheap but but wear and tear on your appliances while over loading your washer and dryer.   

Moving a gas appliance (range, or furnace) would require a permit.

It needed to be put outside and upgraded to handle the juice of all of the appliances.

We include smaller appliances like blenders, toasters, and definitely a coffee machine (we have Keurigs that brew single cups).

I've always done $100 upfront plus 25/mo in a neighborhood with predominantly pitbulls in every household and have rarely been under on that.
