I'd rather work on a flip than go to the gym. 

I have a bit of a lucky situation where I met the owner in the gym that I work at so I think I have some leverage with negotiations. 

This particular coaching program is aimed for someone who needs motivation, like a personal trainer at a gym.

Anyone who says it is too much or too low in any given area can say that with any location.I am currently in Austin, Texas and had to retrieve bids for interior paint (all walls and ceilings - Eggshell - Three bedrooms, stairway @ 2 flights, gym, two bathrooms, closets, etc @ roughly 1,200 square feet and over 300 square feet of new cove base throughout apartment was needed.I received five random bids ranging from $2,600 to $5,500 - Guess what?

I was so excited this weekend that I actually made a list of all the amenities including laundry, activity center, gym, and other fun things that we could potentially provide in the business center if this project manifests.

I’ve also been listening to the BP podcasts (and RE audiobooks) during my commute, while doing dishes, and at the gym.

A guy at the gym told me about this program and told me he makes any from $500-$5000, he's gotten a $5000 check before he claims...and that they will let the inspector have any belongings that are left behind including vehicles!

In this mobile home community, they have many amenities that are included in the lot rent like a pool, playground, gym, etc.

I get up around 4:30am go to the gym and work out 5am, get myself ready to be at work by 8:30am, stay late to do OT to get some more capital to play with and write letters from 8pm to 11pm to be sent out.

I'm considering going back to working in a gym to just add some income for us to put towards investments but my goal is to do this as my main job full time.
