I went through a couple of pages of 'rental markets' search on the forum but didn't directly see this question answered.I've been researching properties in the Queens side of Floral Park/Queens Village/etc --  I don't see many listings for rentals (20-40) on Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Hotpads -- does the low number of listings on the sites mean the neighborhoods aren't good rentals like other parts of Queens (Elmhurst, Woodside, Corona, Flushing, etc) -- where you might see 200+?

I've delivered water to drink, cook, flush etc.

So the guys doing a lot are the ones who are flush with cash.  

Appearance wise, the edge of the "eyeball" will stick out of the ceiling slightly, instead of being completely flush or recessed.

If I was you I would sell.A septic tank can become a PITA and costly because a tenant does not care what they flush....

Easy to fix too: 1)turn water back on, 2)flush toilet.

PM goes over and plunges the toilet and tells the tenant to stop flushing the tampons; 45 bucks, problem resolved.
